That's a flat $3.00 to upsize, which works out to 45.5 percent more than the small price, or put the other way, the small is 68.7 percent of the large.

I can't tell you the cost per inch, because Mr. Sub's public pricing doesn't state how much bigger a large actually is next to a small. What I can say is that the upsize cost doesn't move depending on which sub you pick. A Meatball large costs the same $3.00 premium as a Louisiana Pepper Chicken large.
