Independent of White Spot / Triple O's. Froqel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by White Spot / Triple O's, and no price on this page was supplied by it. The name and mark above identify the chain whose prices this page records, and remain its owner's trademarks.

White Spot is a British Columbia (BC) chain, and Triple O's is its quick-service spinoff, a separate brand with a separate menu that this page treats separately. I pulled every number below from the published menu for the Mission, BC location, which is the only full, itemized White Spot menu I have. Other locations set their own prices, sometimes by a dollar or more, so treat this as a representative order, not a guarantee for your specific restaurant.

Eight of the nine burgers cluster at $23.00 to $23.50. The Legendary is the outlier at $18.25, a full $4.75 under the next-cheapest burger. If a burger is what you came for, The Legendary is the only one worth checking against the competition on price.

| Thai Chicken Salad | $22.50 |
| Classic Caesar Salad with lemon-chargrilled chicken | $20.00 |

| Toasted Shrimp Sandwich | $20.25 |
| The Clubhouse | $22.50 |
| Nat's Beef Dip | $23.00 |
| Nat's Loaded Beef Dip | $26.50 |
The Loaded Beef Dip costs $3.50 more than the standard Beef Dip, the biggest single upcharge for one added topping tier anywhere on the sandwich list.
Hearty mains
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese | $19.50 |
| Cajun Chicken | $24.75 |
| Oven Roasted Salmon | $26.00 |

The full rack of ribs at $34.00 is the single most expensive item on this menu. Going from the half rack to the full rack costs $7.00 more for, presumably, double the ribs, which works out to less per rib than ordering two half racks would.
Pastas and bowls

|---|---|
| Dippin' Chicken (main) | $19.75 |
| Chicken Quesadilla (main) | $22.50 |
| The Spot's Fish and Chips | $25.50 |
Extra piece of haddock, +$5.50. Both the Dippin' Chicken and the Chicken Quesadilla also appear on the shareables list at lower prices and smaller portions. I explain the two-format pricing below.

The drink list is where the actual cheapest items on the entire menu live. A soft drink or Mighty Leaf Tea at $4.30 undercuts every food item, including the kids menu.
The happy hour discount table
This is the number worth screenshotting. The Snacks and shareables section of the White Spot menu carries two separate prices for most items: a regular price and a happy hour price. Happy hour runs 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to close, daily. I built the discount column myself; it does not appear on the official menu.
| Item | Regular | Happy hour | Dollar saving | Percent saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Poutine | $12.50 | $8.50 | $4.00 | 32.00 percent |
| The Spot's Zoo Sticks | $14.50 | $10.00 | $4.50 | 31.03 percent |
| Onion Rings | $12.00 | $8.50 | $3.50 | 29.17 percent |
| Coconut Prawns | $15.50 | $12.50 | $3.00 | 19.35 percent |
| Cheesy Bacon Perogies | $13.00 | $10.50 | $2.50 | 19.23 percent |
| Crispy Tofu | $13.50 | $11.00 | $2.50 | 18.52 percent |
| Chicken Quesadilla | $19.00 | $15.50 | $3.50 | 18.42 percent |
| Chicken Wings | $18.50 | $15.75 | $2.75 | 14.86 percent |
| Mini Yorkies | $16.50 | $14.50 | $2.00 | 12.12 percent |
Poutine takes the deepest cut on the list: $12.50 down to $8.50, a $4.00 saving and 32.00 percent off. Zoo Sticks is close behind at 31.03 percent, and Onion Rings rounds out the top three at 29.17 percent. The fried, starchy sides get the steepest discounts across the board. At the other end, Mini Yorkies barely moves, $16.50 to $14.50, a 12.12 percent cut that is the shallowest on the list, and Chicken Wings is the next-shallowest at 14.86 percent.
Three items in the same shareables section carry no happy hour price at all, so they are priced once, at the price you pay whatever time you walk in:
| Item | Price at any hour |
|---|---|
| Dippin' Chicken | $16.00 |
| Sweet Potato Fries | $11.50 |
| Daily Soup | $9.50 |
That is one more item than I expected going in; the shareables section is usually cited for two exceptions, but the Mission menu shows a dash against Daily Soup's happy hour column too. I'm reporting all three as a finding, not an omission: order any of them during happy hour and you pay the regular price, full stop.
What does this mean in real numbers for two people sharing a table? Order the three biggest discounts together, Poutine, Zoo Sticks and Onion Rings, and the regular-hours bill is $12.50 plus $14.50 plus $12.00, which is $39.00. During happy hour the same three items ring in at $8.50 plus $10.00 plus $8.50, which is $27.00. That is a $12.00 saving, 30.77 percent off the shareables portion of the bill, just by timing the order between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. or after 8:00 p.m.
Two dishes, two formats, two prices
Two items on this menu are not pricing errors, they are two different portion sizes of the same dish sold under two different sections.
Chicken Quesadilla. As a shareable, it's $19.00 (or $15.50 during happy hour). Under Casual favourites, the same dish is $22.50, a larger, main-course portion meant to be a full meal rather than a table snack. The gap is $3.50.
Dippin' Chicken. As a shareable, it's $16.00, with no happy hour price. As a Casual favourites main, it's $19.75. The gap is $3.75.
If you want either dish as your actual meal, the shareable portion is the cheaper route, and pairing it with a side or salad still likely comes in under the main-course price. If you want it as a table snack to split, don't order the Casual favourites version by mistake, since it's a bigger plate at a bigger price.
Pirate Pak and kids pricing
White Spot's Pirate Pak is the kids menu format, for children 10 and under, and it's a genuine BC institution: every Pirate Pak includes a side, a beverage and an ice-cream dessert, some with endless in-restaurant refills.
| Pirate Pak | Price |
|---|---|
| Grilled Cheese Pirate Pak | $11.25 |
| Macaroni and Cheese Pirate Pak | $11.25 |
| Pasta Pirate Pak | $11.25 |
| Hamburger Pirate Pak | $12.00 |
| Fish Pirate Pak | $12.25 |
| Dippin' Chicken Pirate Pak | $12.50 |
Other kids items: Berry Waffle, $10.25. The Hook, $10.25. Pancakes for Pirates, $10.25. Modifiers: chicken breast substitution, +$3.00. Sweet-potato fries, +$0.85. Lemonade, +$2.00. Milkshake, +$3.00.
Stack a Pirate Pak against the closest adult dish and the gap is wide, though the comparison isn't perfectly even since the adult prices below don't include a drink or dessert the way the Pirate Pak does. The Hamburger Pirate Pak at $12.00 sits $6.25 under The Legendary, the cheapest adult burger at $18.25, and that's before adding a drink to the adult order. The Dippin' Chicken Pirate Pak at $12.50 is $3.50 cheaper than the adult Dippin' Chicken shareable at $16.00, and $7.25 cheaper than the adult Dippin' Chicken main at $19.75. The Fish Pirate Pak at $12.25 runs $13.25 under The Spot's Fish and Chips at $25.50, though the adult fish plate is a considerably bigger serving. However you slice it, a Pirate Pak plus one adult entree undercuts two adult entrees on most combinations in this menu.
Triple O's menu prices: what I could verify
Triple O's is not White Spot with a different sign. It's a separate, quick-service burger, fries and hand-scooped milkshake format that White Spot operates under its own brand, with locations in BC, Alberta, Ontario and Asia. I'm keeping it in its own section on purpose so the two don't get blended into one price list.
Unlike the White Spot numbers above, which come from one restaurant's official published menu, the Triple O's figures below come from a third-party Canadian menu listing rather than an official single-location menu, so I'm labelling them approximate and treating them as less reliable than the White Spot prices on this page.
| Category | Item | Approx. price |
|---|---|---|
| Beef burgers | Original Burger | $7.15 |
| Beef burgers | Original with Cheese | $8.29 |
| Beef burgers | Bacon Cheddar Burger | $9.29 |
| Beef burgers | Chipotle BBQ Bacon Melt | $9.29 |
| Beef burgers | Monty Mushroom Burger | $8.79 |
| Beef burgers | Double Double | $10.99 |
| Chicken | Dippin' Chicken Tenders | $7.49 |
| Chicken | Spicy Ultimate Crunch Burger | $8.49 |
| Chicken | Southern Buttermilk Chicken | $9.99 |
| Chicken | BC Chicken | $10.49 |
| Chicken | Chicken and Waffle | $10.99 |
| Fish | Crispy Fish Burger | $8.49 |
| Vegetarian | Veggie Burger | $6.99 |
| Vegetarian | Beyond Original | $9.49 |
| Other | Smoked Brisket Burger | $9.89 |
| Sides | Garlic Parmesan Fries | $4.99 |
| Sides | Sweet Potato Fries | $4.99 |
| Sides | Onion Rings | $4.99 |
| Sides | Kale Caesar Salad | $4.79 |
| Sides | Poutine | $6.29 |
| Sides | Smoked Brisket Fries | $6.59 |
| Drinks | Milkshake | $6.49 |
| Drinks | Dasani water | $2.89 |
The same source lists combo pricing at approximately $12.65 for the Original Burger Combo, $13.99 for the Original with Cheese Combo, $14.49 for the Monty Mushroom Burger Combo, $14.99 for the Bacon Cheddar Burger Combo and $16.49 for the Double Burger Combo.
Triple O's also serves breakfast until 11:00 a.m., using Canadian farm-fresh eggs, Canadian bacon and Canadian cheddar. Approximate breakfast prices from the same third-party listing run about $5.20 for the Bacon Breakfast Tortilla, $6.30 for the breakfast ciabattas, $9.20 to $9.55 for the breakfast clubs, $10.30 to $10.70 for the Loaded Breakfast Wrap, and $13.00 for the Breakfast Burger.
Bottom line on Triple O's: if you searched "triple o's menu with prices" and landed here, treat every number in this section as a starting estimate. This page's verified pricing is the White Spot side. For an exact Triple O's order, check the location's own listing or the in-store board before you commit.
Value analysis: the best and worst dollars on this menu
White Spot publishes no calorie counts, so value here is measured against the clock — because this is the one menu on this site where the same dish carries two official prices depending on when you walk in.
Happy hour is the biggest lever on this menu, and it is wildly uneven. The discount table above ranks every dual-priced shareable: poutine takes 32.00% off, the deepest cut on the board, and Mini Yorkies just 12.12%, the shallowest. The same two hours are worth two and a half times as much on one plate as on another, and the pattern is legible — the fried, starchy sides get the steepest discounts and the protein-heavy plates the thinnest.
Three items get no happy hour price at all. Dippin' Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries and Daily Soup cost the same whenever you order them, which makes them the worst things to order between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. and neutral at every other hour.
The second lever is format. Two dishes are sold twice, as a shareable and as a main, at different prices and different portions. Dippin' Chicken is $16.00 as a shareable and $19.75 as a main; the Chicken Quesadilla $19.00 and $22.50. Knowing which list you are ordering from is worth about four dollars.
Regional price variance: what the same order costs across Canada
White Spot is a British Columbia chain, and this is the menu where Ontario's small-order tax break is furthest from mattering. Ontario rebates the 8% provincial portion of the HST on qualifying prepared food and beverages where the transaction total is $4.00 or less, so small orders pay 5% rather than 13%. The cheapest thing on the White Spot menu proper is a soft drink at $4.30, so nothing on the main menu clears the $4.00 threshold — not one line. The single exception on this page is the $2.89 drink on the Triple O's list, which is a different format priced separately. Ontario customers would pay 13% on every White Spot order without exception, and BC customers never encounter the rule at all. At Tim Hortons roughly three quarters of the menu sits under it. The rule is worked through in the six-doughnut tax guide.
| Order | Pre-tax | Ontario, 13% | 5% GST only | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Soft drinks, cheapest item | $4.30 | $4.86 | $4.51 | $0.34 |
| Poutine, happy hour | $8.50 | $9.60 | $8.93 | $0.68 |
| Poutine, regular | $12.50 | $14.12 | $13.12 | $1.00 |
| Sirloin Steak | $30.50 | $34.46 | $32.02 | $2.44 |
| Baby Back Ribs, full rack | $34.00 | $38.42 | $35.70 | $2.72 |
Under the menu price sits the layer White Spot does not fix nationally. This page already carries direct evidence of it: the Triple O's prices in the section below are recorded separately precisely because the two formats do not price alike, and downtown Vancouver locations carry a cost base a suburban one does not. The only measured example of that spread on this site is at Kelsey's, where one item runs $20.99 in Ottawa and $23.99 in Niagara Falls — 14.3% apart inside one province, with no tax difference between the two restaurants at all. Provinces outside the HST group tax restaurant food differently again, and I have not verified their current treatment item by item, so the 5% column above is the floor rather than a claim about any particular province.
Delivery markup: counter price against app price
I have no verified White Spot delivery prices and will not publish a markup I have not measured. The two Canadian markups that have been measured are a flat 20.0% at Kelsey's, confirmed on five items, and a flat $1.40 per single-serving item at Swiss Chalet, which publishes both prices itself. Applied to White Spot's real prices:
| Item | Counter | Under a 20% markup | Under a flat $1.40 | What $1.40 is, as a percentage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Soft drinks | $4.30 | $5.16 | $5.70 | 32.6% |
| Poutine, happy hour | $8.50 | $10.20 | $9.90 | 16.5% |
| Poutine, regular | $12.50 | $15.00 | $13.90 | 11.2% |
| Sirloin Steak | $30.50 | $36.60 | $31.90 | 4.6% |
| Baby Back Ribs, full rack | $34.00 | $40.80 | $35.40 | 4.1% |
Because nothing here is cheap, the flat model barely registers: $1.40 is 4.1% of the most expensive plate on the menu. A percentage markup is the expensive one, costing $6.80 on the same full rack of ribs.
There is one White Spot-specific point worth making. Happy hour is a dine-in offer, and delivery is not dine-in. The 32.00% cut on poutine is the largest saving available on this menu and it requires walking in between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Any delivery order is priced off the regular column, so ordering in during happy hour costs the discount and the markup — on poutine, that is $4.00 of forgone discount before a surcharge is added. The restaurant sets the in-app price, not the platform, so SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats and DoorDash listings for the same restaurant usually start from the same marked-up list and diverge in the fee stack instead. I have not matched prices across the three platforms and will not name a cheapest one. The cross-chain comparison is in the delivery app markup guide.
Breakfast
White Spot's breakfast runs until 11:00 a.m. daily, with brunch listed from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Five Grain Oatmeal is the cheapest plate at $12.50, Sunny Start Breakfast Sammy runs $18.50, Nat's Hearty Breakfast is $20.00, Big Denver Omelette is $20.50, and Steak and Eggs tops the section at $28.50. Across the section, prices span $12.50 to $28.50, and that's before add-ons like crispy bacon or fresh fruit at +$4.50 and +$4.25. For the full breakfast and brunch table, including the Benedicts, the wrap, and every add-on price, see the White Spot breakfast menu prices.
The cheapest full meal you can build
Working only from the categories above, the cheapest complete meal, protein plus side plus drink, is The Legendary burger at $18.25, which already includes coleslaw and fries, paired with a soft drink at $4.30. That's $22.55 total.
If you're willing to treat a shareable as your meal, the math changes. The Dippin' Chicken shareable at $16.00 plus a soft drink at $4.30 comes to $20.30, which is $2.25 cheaper than The Legendary combo and $3.75 cheaper than ordering the same dish as a Casual favourites main. It's a smaller portion, but for one person eating alone, it's the cheapest hot, complete-feeling meal I can build from this menu.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a White Spot meal cost in Canada?
A burger meal with a drink runs about $22.55, based on the cheapest burger, The Legendary at $18.25, plus a $4.30 soft drink. Mains and pastas at the Mission, BC location range from $19.50 to $34.00 before a drink or dessert is added.
What are White Spot's happy hour prices in Canada?
Nine of the twelve items on the Snacks and shareables list get a happy hour discount, ranging from 12.12 percent off on Mini Yorkies to 32.00 percent off on Poutine. Three items, Dippin' Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries and Daily Soup, have no happy hour price and stay at the regular rate.
When is White Spot happy hour?
The Mission, BC menu lists happy hour as 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to close, daily. Confirm the window with your local restaurant, since White Spot locations set their own hours.
Does Triple O's have the same menu as White Spot?
No. Triple O's is a separate quick-service format built around burgers, fries and milkshakes, while White Spot is the full-service, sit-down menu. This page's Triple O's prices come from a third-party listing, not an official single-location menu, so treat them as approximate.
What is the cheapest item on the White Spot menu?
Soft drinks and Mighty Leaf Tea are tied at $4.30 each, the lowest price on the entire menu at the Mission, BC location.
How much is a White Spot Pirate Pak?
Pirate Pak kids' meals range from $11.25 for the Grilled Cheese, Macaroni and Cheese, or Pasta versions up to $12.50 for the Dippin' Chicken version. Every Pirate Pak includes a side, a drink and an ice-cream dessert.
Is the Chicken Quesadilla the same price everywhere on this menu?
No. It's $19.00 as a shareable ($15.50 during happy hour) and $22.50 as a Casual favourites main. Both are the same dish at different portion sizes, not a pricing error.
Does White Spot menu pricing change by location?
Yes. The prices on this page come from the Mission, BC restaurant's published menu. White Spot's own site lets you pick a different location and see its specific prices, and I've seen enough location-to-location variation elsewhere on this site to say you shouldn't assume your local restaurant matches these numbers exactly.
Methodology
Every price on this page comes from the published menu for White Spot's Mission, BC location, checked against whitespot.ca on August 6, 2026. The source does not include calorie counts for either brand. It also doesn't declare which store, region or ordering channel (dine-in, takeout or delivery) the Triple O's figures were captured from, which is the main reason I've kept that section labelled as approximate rather than verified. Prices exclude tax; BC charges GST plus PST on restaurant meals. If your location's price differs from what's listed here, the official location menu is the final word, not this page.
